Shipping and Handling

Orders from stock will be filled and shipped within 1-3 days. Custom and back-orders will be handled on an individual basis. All orders shipped via USPS Standard (please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days), upon request to United States destinations only. Tracking included.

Returns and Cancellations

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable with the exception of product defect and damage during shipping, which may be exchanged. We do carefully inspect all products prior to shipping. We will gladly replace any product that arrives defective or damaged during shipping with a similar product. We require notification within 72 hours of receipt of order. All items must be returned in their original condition and shipping container.

If a defect should exist, we pay all standard shipping charges to replace defective merchandise. Merchandise must be received by us within 10 days for replacement or credit.

Our errors will be corrected and shipped at our expense. However, we cannot refund postage or shipping on any returns.

Our customers are very important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, just let us know via email, and we will gladly exchange your product with another product of equal value. (one exchange per purchase only). Products containing food items or bath and body are excluded and my not be exchanged.
